Less Traveled Roads

"Two roads diverged in a wood, and I- I took the one less traveled by, And that has made all the difference." Robert Frost

Happy Birthday to me

I read a comment this week that ask,  "How old would you be if you didn't know how old you were?       Tomorrow is my 32nd Birthday!

The Road Less Traveled

This poem by Robert Frost is my favorite. I have it on my office wall to remind me that my role in life is not about "going with the flow", but going where I feel led. I have been at several crossroads in my life and went directions that sent me down lanes that were not normally traveled. One crossroad was when our daughter died. One road was leaving secure corporate life to start a business with little business knowledge, and still another path led to helping start a church.
Recent paths have been led to participation in the organization of the Oklahoma Music Hall of Fame when I do not sing, play or compose. I am a good listener!

The motto of the architectural firm of which I am a part is:

Imagine Create Inspire

That makes all the difference!
