I was one of four people participating in a class about planning, a 90 minute presentation. The plan was person one would talk for 10 minutes, the second five minutes, the third 45 minutes and me at the end for 30 minutes (all with Q & A as we go).

Class begins:
Person one took one hour. Person two took 10 minutes. Person 3 took 20 minutes. Then I was introduced at the 90 minute mark! I offered to defer since the students were ready to leave but they gave me 15 minutes.
Again: The presentation was about PRIOR PLANNING!
