The "City Center Complex" in Vegas is now open even though a couple of buildings are still under construction. It is on the strip across from the MGM Grand and is the largest privately financed development in the history of the world. It is 67 acres with 18 million square feet of space and is equal to 12 blocks of Manhattan. It has 4 hotels (one, the Aria, has 4,000 rooms) a shopping complex, condo towers, casino, etc. All the buildings are LEED certified Gold. World renown Architects like Pelli, Helmut Jahn, Foster+Partners, Daniel Libeskind and Gensler did buildings.
I took some photos to give a little idea of the Future of Vegas.
